In my free time, I like to engage in following activities:

Recently I have found myself enjoying penning down my thoughts as well.

Fasting:

Multiple successful attempts at water-only fasting lead me to the following observation about fasting and myself:

  • Mental peace and harmony
  • Kickstarts metabolism
  • Digestive system cleansing
  • Increases Focus and determination
  • Feel more awake all the time
  • Body becomes more energy efficient
  • provides you a platform to explore new taste immediately after fasting
  • and last but not the least, 7 days fasting resulted in 4 kg of weight reduction (as compared to 2 kg reduction by working out 1 hr daily, burning around 500 cal).
