- Roadtrip
- Exercising physically and mentally
Recently I have found myself enjoying penning down my thoughts as well.
Some of these are my best friends and will visit them again soon. π

Carrom…
Carrom is the most engrossing game for me. I love to play for long hours…learning new shots, new strategies…making new friends. Phew…Missing it now a days.

Fasting:
Multiple successful attempts at water-only fasting lead me to the following observation about fasting and myself:
- Mental peace and harmony
- Kickstarts metabolism
- Digestive system cleansing
- Increases Focus and determination
- Feel more awake all the time
- Body becomes more energy efficient
- provides you a platform to explore new taste immediately after fasting
- and last but not the least, 7 days fasting resulted in 4 kg of weight reduction (as compared to 2 kg reduction by working out 1 hr daily, burning around 500 cal).
